Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, preferably one that has a lid and can be easily stored in the fridge
Once all ingredients are mixed thoroughly, heat a frying pan and add some butter or olive oil.
Place about 1 - 1½ tbsp of the mixture and spread evenly it in a somewhat pancake looking shape and make sure to smooth the edges to avoid burning them. Cook at medium heat for about 5-7 mins or until they are golden and you are able to flip them.
