Easiest pizza sauce

This “raw” quick and pizza sauce is based on Jan Vardøens pizza sauce, as seen on Godt.no. However, I have altered the amounts of the ingredients to reduce the salt and sugar and increase the garlic :).
Jan Vardøen owns the most amazing Italian pizza restaurant in Oslo called Villa Paradiso. My husband and I used to go to this restaurant at least 2 times a month for years until we moved to the suburbs and had to figure out how to get our pizza fix. Now that I have this quick and easy pizza sauce and my husband has found a foolproof sourdough pizza method we make the most fabulous pizzas at home thanks to our trusty baking steel stone.
Hot tip: We usually freeze the left over sauce and use as base for pasta bolognesa, lasagna or chicken parmigiana or for a second pizza night. Quick and easy!

Enjoy!
