I love coconut! Everything about it is perfect; rate versatility and depth of flavors that can be achieved in both savory and sweet dished is, in my opinion, unique.

I tried this version of lemonade at, what once was the “it” cafe in Cartagena. It seemed to be what everyone was drinking and I couldn’t understand how a white seemingly thick cocktail looking drink could be so appealing, but I had it anyway. I ended up having three of those that night, it was just an amazing combination of tangy, creamy and fresh that left me always guessing which glamour profile I was going to hit next.
My mom heard how much I loved that lemonade and gave me the recipe, thank you mom! Really do try it out, you will be sooo surprised.
Enjoy!
