Lamb Koftas

These juicy and aromatic lamb koftas will be a new barbecuing day favorite! They are at our table at least. Perfect family and child-friendly meal that will leave everyone longing for a trip abroad.
I serve these koftas with Garlic Naan as I find it more flavourful than pita bread, grilled aubergines and corn, Watermelon Greek Salad and tangy Tzatziki.

It is simply an amazing mouthful of flavors!

Enjoy!
