This baked spice feta cheese is one of my many attempts to lengthen our fall holidays and keep the memory of the Greek island warm and alive in our minds. What better way to transport oneself to a warm beach restaurant than to recreate the fabulous food in Greece?
One of our favorite vacation spots in Greece is Crete, it is just such a wonderful island with many fantastic beaches such as Elafonessi. In general, the food in Crete is just to die for and our favorite beach restaurant Nemo has such amazing food that every time we return home I spend months trying to replay
our Greek dinners. I hope this dish transports you to warmer places as it does me. Enjoy!
